REVIEW on CLIO Moist Tone Up Primer.
Normally, a primer reminds me of
somewhat silky and smooth finish.
However, as many of them control sebum
and fix skin tone,
they are not moist enough(dry) to be used on dry skin.
Moist Tone Up Primer delivers sufficient moist
as it’s a primer for dry skin.
Container has simple light pink color.
Easy to control the amount of use.
Just squeeze it.
As it’s Moist Tone Up Primer,
I expected it to have very liquid formulation.
On back of hand, it was sturdier than I expected.
Smooth and moist.
Delivers moist directly.
it spreads very thinly
and moistness stays on skin.
Moist even on dry skin.
Left: bare skin.
Right: applied primer.
Skin gets little glossy.
I could see skin tone getting brighter.
This primer which is full of moist
even covered ruddy face.
Didn’t get between wrinkles.
Thought it was very light.
Compared to existing primers for oily or mixed skin
which concentrate on sebum control,
Moist Tone Up Primer delivers more moist to dry skin.
Moistness could be maintained for a long time
since moist didn’t easily go away.
I couldn’t feel my skins pulling each other
due to dryness 🙂
If base makeup doesn’t adhere well on your skin
even if your skin isn’t that dry,
I suggest you to try this one.
This primer is really moist.
